Today I did:

  • 10 neutral grip chin-ups
  • 10 narrow grip chin-ups
  • 5 wide grip pull-ups
  • 7 wide grip chin-ups
  • 30 push-ups
  • 100 sit-ups
  • 30 dips

I don’t know if doing all these exercises every day is fine, or if it’s better to just focus on a few ones for one week and then focus on another group the following week.

I wish I had a personal trainer who helped me. Or that I could afford going to the gym where other people could give me advices for free, haha.

It’s ironic that it’s precisely the U.S. government who does that. In the FTA negotiations with poorer countries (especially those of Latin America), they demand us to eliminate the state aid to our industries, while they keep the state subsidies for their farmers.
